Locations
Vendora allows you to manage multiple physical locations (branches or stores) under one business account. Each location can have its own stock, users, and transactions — all centrally controlled from your dashboard.
🏪 What is a Location?
A Location in Vendora can represent:
- A branch or retail store
- A restaurant or café outlet
- A warehouse or stockroom
➕ Adding a New Location
To add a new location:

Navigate to Business Setup > Locations from the sidebar.

Click on Add Location.

Fill in the following details:
- Location Name (e.g., “Downtown Branch”)
- Location ID (optional – for internal use)
- Address, City, Country
- Invoice Scheme (choose how invoices will be numbered)
- Invoice Layout (design of printed receipts)
- Default Selling Price Group (if applicable)

Click Save to create the location.
🧭 Location Settings Explained
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Invoice Scheme | Choose numbering format (prefix/suffix). |
| Invoice Layout | Customize receipt format per location. |
| Price Group | Assign price levels for different branches. |
| Stock Accounting | Stock is tracked per location. |
🔄 Editing or Deleting Locations
- You can edit any location by clicking the ✏️ icon next to it.
- Deleting a location is only possible if there are no sales, purchases, or stock movements associated with it.
📦 Location & Inventory
Each location manages its own stock. You’ll be able to:
- Transfer stock between locations
- Generate reports per location
- Limit users to access specific locations
