Business Registration

Welcome to Vendora! Before using the system, you’ll need to register your business to set up your account and begin managing your operations.

This is the very first step after signing up and logging in.

📝 How to Register Your Business​

  1. Log in to your Vendora dashboard.

  2. On your first login, you’ll be redirected to the Business Registration page automatically.

  3. Fill in the following fields:

    • Business Name: The name of your store, restaurant, or service.
    • Start Date: When your business operations began.
    • Currency: The currency you want your system to operate in.
    • Time Zone: Make sure it matches your region for accurate reporting.
    • Logo: Upload your logo (optional but recommended).
    • Tax Details (if applicable): Set default tax options for future transactions.

  4. Click Save & Continue.

📌 Why This Step Matters​

Registering your business sets the foundation for all your POS activity. It ensures:

  • Accurate financial reports
  • Proper inventory tracking
  • Automated tax calculations
  • Branded invoices and receipts

🚨 Important Tips​

  • You can always edit your business details later from System Settings > Business Settings.
  • Make sure your time zone and currency are accurate to avoid inconsistencies in sales or reports.
