💳 Payment Accounts in Vendora
Manage your business's bank accounts, cash registers, mobile wallets, and more — all from one place. With Vendora’s Payment Accounts, you can track where your money flows, make transfers, and reconcile balances easily.
🏦 What is a Payment Account?
A Payment Account is any financial container your business uses to send or receive money. Examples:
- Cash in Hand
- Bank Account (e.g. CIB, QNB)
- Mobile Wallet (e.g. Vodafone Cash)
- Online Payment Gateway (e.g. PayPal)
✍️ Add a Payment Account
- Go to Settings → Payment Accounts
- Click + Add
- Enter:
- Name (e.g. Main Cash, QNB Bank)
- Account Type (Cash, Bank, Wallet)
- Account Number (optional)
- Opening Balance (optional)
- Save
💰 Record Transactions
Vendora tracks every transaction connected to your Payment Accounts:
- Sales Payments
- Purchase Payments
- Expense Transactions
- Account Transfers
Each is logged and reflected in the account balance.
🔁 Transfer Between Accounts
To move money from one account to another:
- Go to Accounts → Transfer
- Select From Account and To Account
- Enter amount, date, and notes
- Save
Useful for recording things like:
- ATM cash withdrawals
- Bank-to-bank transfers
- Wallet top-ups
📊 View Account Ledger
For any Payment Account:
- Click on Actions → View Ledger
- See all debits, credits, and running balance
You can also filter by date and export to Excel.
