💼 Commission Agents

Commission Agents help boost your sales by rewarding agents for bringing in clients or closing deals. Vendora allows you to easily manage agents, track their performance, and automatically calculate commissions.

👤 Add New Agent​

Navigate to:
Users → Commission Agents → Add Agent

Fill in the following:

  • 👤 Full Name
  • 📧 Email Address
  • ☎️ Phone Number
  • 📂 Assigned Clients (optional)
  • 💰 Commission Percentage (%)

✅ Click Save to register the agent.

🔁 Assign Clients​

Assign specific clients to agents so they earn commissions only from:

  • 💼 Their managed accounts
  • 🧾 Invoices or sales they bring

You can update client-agent links anytime via Client Details → Assign Agent.

📊 Commission Tracking​

Navigate to:
Commission Agents → Agent Profile

View:

  • 📆 Total sales generated
  • 💰 Total commissions earned
  • 📄 Related invoices
  • ⏳ Pending payouts

📌 Data is calculated in real time based on actual sales activity.

💸 Payouts​

Navigate to:
Commission Agents → Payouts

You can:

  • 🧾 View commission balances
  • 💸 Record manual payouts (cash, transfer, etc.)
  • 📥 Export payout history for accounting

💡 Ensure commissions are cleared before month-end closing.

⚙️ Commission Settings​

Navigate to:
Settings → Commission Settings

Here you can:

  • 🪙 Set default commission rate (e.g., 10%)
  • 📊 Choose calculation method (by net or gross)
  • 📉 Define exclusions (discounts, taxes, refunds)

🔐 Only Admins or Managers can modify global settings.

📝 Reporting​

Navigate to:
Reports → Agent Performance

Download or filter by:

  • 📅 Date range
  • 👤 Agent name
  • 💼 Client
  • 💰 Commission earned

Useful for:

  • 🧮 Monthly review
  • 🏆 Incentive planning
  • 📈 Sales optimization

🔒 Role Permissions​

To restrict access:

Navigate to:
Users → Roles → Edit Role

Control access to:

  • 👁️ View agents
  • ✏️ Edit commission rates
  • 🧾 Access payouts

🛡️ Recommended: Only finance and sales admins manage this section.

🧠 Tips​

  • 🧾 Automate reports weekly to agent emails
  • 🤝 Reward top agents with bonuses
  • 🔍 Use tags like “Real Estate,” “Freelancer,” etc., for filtering
  • 📲 Use WhatsApp to keep agents in the loop with their commissions
