🏬 Manage Multiple Stores with Vendora

With Vendora, you can easily run multiple branches, shops, or warehouses under a single account. Each store can have its own stock, sales, and staff — all while you monitor everything from one dashboard.

🚀 What is the Multi-Store Feature?​

Vendora’s multi-store feature allows you to:

  • Create and manage multiple business locations
  • Track stock and sales separately for each location
  • Assign employees to specific stores
  • Get store-specific reports

Whether you run a chain of stores, branches in different cities, or a mix of retail & warehouses — this feature keeps everything organized.

🏢 Add New Stores​

  1. Go to Settings → Business Locations
  2. Click “Add”
  3. Fill in:
    • Store name
    • Contact info
    • Address (optional)
  4. Save

You can add as many stores as you need.

🎯 Use Store Locations Everywhere​

Once stores are added, you'll see a location selector in many parts of Vendora:

  • Products: Set quantity per store
  • Sales: Choose which store the sale happens at
  • Purchases: Track incoming stock by store
  • Transfers: Move stock between stores
  • Reports: Filter by location

👥 Assign Staff to Stores​

  1. Go to Users → Add or Edit User
  2. Assign the user to one or more stores
  3. The user will only access the stores you select

Great for managing permissions!

🔁 Transfer Stock Between Stores​

Need to move stock from one location to another?

  1. Go to Stock Transfer
  2. Select source and destination stores
  3. Choose products & quantities
  4. Save — Vendora updates the stock in both locations automatically

📊 Reports by Store​

Track each store’s performance:

  • Go to Reports
  • Filter by location
  • View sales, stock value, profit, and more — per store

This helps you know which branches perform best and where you need to improve.

🧠 Pro Tips​

  • Use clear naming (e.g. "Downtown Store", "Warehouse #1") for easier tracking
  • You can even have virtual locations (e.g. Online Store)
  • Always double-check that you’ve selected the correct location when adding sales or stock
