🎁 Reward Points (Loyalty System)
Vendora includes a Reward Points system to help you retain customers and encourage repeat purchases. Customers earn points based on their purchases and can redeem those points on future orders.
⚙️ Enable Reward Points
To enable the loyalty system:

Go to Settings → Business Settings → Reward Points

Enable “Enable Reward Points”

Configure the following:
- Amount spent per point – e.g. 10 EGP = 1 point
- Minimum order total to earn points
- Maximum points per order
- Redeem value per point – e.g. 1 point = 1 EGP
- Minimum redeemable points
- Expiry period for points (in months)

Click Save
🛍️ How Customers Earn Points
- Customers automatically earn points when completing eligible purchases.
- Points are calculated based on the subtotal (excluding tax and shipping).
- Earned points are recorded in their profile and visible under Contacts → Customers.
💵 Redeeming Points
Customers can redeem points at checkout:
- On the POS screen, add the customer and products
- If the customer has enough points:
- A “Redeem Points” option will appear
- Enter the number of points to redeem
- The value is deducted from the total
- Complete the sale
👥 Manage Customer Points
You can manage and adjust reward points manually:
- Go to Contacts → Customers
- Edit a customer’s profile
- Modify the Total Reward Points
📊 Track Reward Usage
Use reports to analyze reward point usage:
- Navigate to Reports → Reward Point Report
- Filter by customer, date range, business location
- View:
- Points earned
- Points redeemed
- Remaining balance

- Use reward points to encourage upsells or bundle offers
- Set expiration dates to keep customers engaged
- Promote loyalty campaigns seasonally
- Use printed receipts or SMS to show point balances after purchases
